Can this stand 160 degree water?

If you're asking if it can hold up to the temperatures of a dishwasher - both water and the drying cycle - yes. I used this months ago and it has held up with no visible signs of failure.

Which of the colors, light or dark grey, is a better match for ge profile silver colored racks? they look like a medium grey.
