Smooth ride Outstanding Customer service.
I ordered these two rear shocks for 1993 YJ, I received 1 front 1 rear shock. Reached out to amazon to exchange, they turned my over to Rough Country Cust Service, RC was quick to acknowledge the error, made sure I was ordering the correct shock for my yj, lift height etc... They sent two rear shocks and told me not to worry about sending the others back. Extremely helpful. Huge improvement in my ride quality even though its a 30 year old leaf sprung jeep, you can notice the softer, better ride quality. Easy install like most rear shocks. They are more stout than the Ranchos I took off, look and feel well made. I will be using more of their products for sure.
