Very easy to use on on kitchen floors saves me having to get my vaccum cleaner out

This product is supplied with a two pin plug which is not compatable with UK plugs being three pin.

i have had one of these from AMAZON , it was sent from USA without a UK plug so had to buy USA to UK plug adapter, it takes absolute ages to charge and the charge does not last as described Basically do not waste your money on this item, after complaining to AMAZON i was given a full refund if i could give less than 1 star i would

Be aware when ordering this item that it (and in my experience some other Amazon marketplace electronic items) may not be UK spec and will come with a European style 2 pin plug.

Sent with an American charger. I haven’t been able to use it until my son gets a suitable plug in adaptor. Disappointed as it is obvious by my address I need an English type of plug. More expense to buy one.

The item was what I wanted, unfortunately it came with a 2 pin plug which is no good for the UK without buying an adapter at an extra cost. I did not see on the item description that an adapter was required for use in the UK. This has been a complete waste of my time and now I need to return it. Its time Amazon got its act together and actually put this sort of information on the item description to ensure people know what they are buying online. I should have read the reviews first as other people have mentioned this irritation.

It was of no use to me whatsoever as it was made for the American market and not U.K. ie 110 volts U.S.A. as apposed to 240volts for the U.K.

I've been wanting something like this a very long time. I have a housekeeper who sweeps and mops my tile floors twice a week and I got this in case anything spilled between her visits. I found this simple and easy to assemble; I just screwed the three handle pieces together. It's very lightweight. It needs to be charged for 16 hours before the first use. I easily ran it over the tile floors in all rooms and was amazed at all the gray dust and dirt it picked up. It's so quiet and light I wasn't expecting much, but the dirt cup was full! I also love that it's small enough to go under the bed to clean the dust underneath it. I hadn't been able to find a vacuum that fit my need for something very lightweight that can go under low furniture and this works for that and does a fantastic job. The price is right, it's small and light, and vacuums like a regular vacuum.

This machine has limitations in approaching the corners of walls for cleaning and underneath of furniture.The brush should have been stronger in design and motor more powerful.
