This is an incredible item for the elderly who maybe aren't as dexterous as they used to be but still like to help with the cleaning. Lightweight and easy to use. Great value for money too BUT if ordering in UK you will need an adaptor.

This product is supplied with a two pin plug which is not compatable with UK plugs being three pin.

We found its really good at picking up cat hair. Keeping things tidy in between vacuuming

Came with an American plug - not impressed

Be aware when ordering this item that it (and in my experience some other Amazon marketplace electronic items) may not be UK spec and will come with a European style 2 pin plug.

Sent with an American charger. I haven’t been able to use it until my son gets a suitable plug in adaptor. Disappointed as it is obvious by my address I need an English type of plug. More expense to buy one.

This machine has limitations in approaching the corners of walls for cleaning and underneath of furniture.The brush should have been stronger in design and motor more powerful.

This is an amazing vacuum. I enjoyed it very much. I bought it for the wrong reason, though as in I used it for cool, vacuuming, which it worked for seven months when I’m going at it every single day but if you bought it for like your house and stuff like that, it would definitely be a 10 out of 10 vacuum cleaner because it’s good suction it picked up almost everything I mean, I’ve had pencils. I’ve had paper pens. I’ve had a bunch of hair get into the machine and it cleans it up and even cleans up dirt and dust. I mean it is really reliable and it was worth the price, but I wouldn’t recommend if you’re a custodian to get this for school carpet or school hallway for sure but if you’re buying it for home use or like little areas then I would definitely recommend this

I didn’t want to have to drag out the big vacuum cleaner every other day to vacuum the high traffic area next to the door to the outside. This does at least as good a job on the rug as the vacuum and with far less effort. It is light, easy to push and easily goes from the rug to the floor without having to change any settings. It is also easy to store, doesn’t require much space. It does not get any dirt that may be in corners, or close to the baseboards. But I knew that. It’s not an issue for me. The regular vacuuming will eventually get that. This one is meant for easy, quick and often clean ups. The dirt cup was a little tricky to get off. I just had to apply more pressure. For my first charge I did it overnight. The instructions said that the charging light would not go off even when fully charged. But when I checked after 16 hours, the light was off. I’d prefer for that to be the case. It would be nice to know that it has charged. But none of that is a game changer for me. I really like this little tool.
