I only opened and tested the product yesterday.. I cut the insole to the size of my boot, and that fit snugly, support pads stuck to the customization zone, I stuck it on the underside, as per the instructions and left it overnight to bond.. when I started using it in the morning, I only walked 0.2 kms before realising that the insole was not pressing against my foot as it was before! when I removed the shoe and examined it, the support pad had shifted to the outside of the insole and was sticking out, pressing against the wall of the shoe! please make the whole sole with support arch as one piece, or use stronger adhesive on the arch for bonding better.. I am highly dissatisfied with the insole, but can't return it, as my return window closed day before yesterday..

having both feet as flat and additionally, I have a plantar fasciitis pain on my left foot. I started wearing arch insole and feel for more stability while walking and running during the gym hours. the foot pain has just gone away by using this gel sole. totally satisfied with the product and one of my best investment so far.I really loved the concepts of sticking gel arch and it might work as optional for the normal foot. As teaching is my profession I do not like to sit and teach. This product really helped to stand for 3-4 hours continuous which was not easy before 15 days. and last but not least thank you Amazon for such a product and quick delivery. Highly recommended and hope the price will be stable as I like to buy this arch insole when I make a purchase of new shoes.

I'm writing Review after 3 days using it. It's really helpful. It has unique design which is easily adjustable according to your shoe size. It is very comfortable. Relief in Foot Pain. Arch support to align body well. I recommend you to take it if you have flat feet.

These silicon insoles provide average support!But they are not for running or sporting purposes, after a first run of about 1 km the additional support (comprising of orange color part) was displaced from its original position.Can be used for regular office going or short walking but definitely NOT for fitness related activities. Average comfort.... and as there is no breathable material, the shoe become quite hot after wearing for a while.

The Flat Feel Arch Support is given loose with self Adhesion. But when you stick it together, it comes off and does not Stick. Its waste of Money. The Sole is also not Sticky so its not Firmly Stuck in SHoes, not a very worthy feeling.not worth buying

Very good quality, soft and flexible sole, right thickness. I weared it for a day and did feel feet relief.Only issue - the arch support moved aside after few hours. I had to glue it again, and probably will have to do it again with super-glue. Wish they could make it as one piece from the beginning.

I bought the Fovera Arch Support Insoles after a detailed study online & the product seems to fulfil my requirements. Looks nice in appearance & supportive.Great Buy.

Gives good support and design is unique. Size is customizable. However, the sole could have been softer and thicker.The arch also has a fixed position on the sole to stick to, so one cannot move it as they require. Address the thickness/softness and I am sure people will rate you 5 stars.
