Fox Run 4867 Muffin Pan, 6 Cup, Stainless Steel

No chemicals on this stainless steel pan so it is not a non-stick pan, you'll want to use paper liners which is what I would do anyway. The cups are a standard size at about 2 3/4 inches wide and 1 1/4 inches deep with a half cup capacity. It bakes evenly so everything from muffins to those little egg bites you see at overpriced coffee shops come out great. The stainless steel feels genuinely solid and well made, not flimsy or thin like some cheaper pans, and it cleans up really easily which is a big deal for me. If your looking for a pan that's going to last forever without you worrying about the coating scratching off into your food this is the one to get.

I have not baked muffins as of yet. But!!! I love the MP I can not wait to use it. I am fully satisfied of the pans structure and the stainless steel is excellent. So I am pleased with the product. And the sturdiness of the pan. My confidence level is 💯 that my muffins will bake well. Okay!!!!! I have baked with the FR 4867 Muffin Pan and I must say simply marvelous!!!!! I bought 2 of these to replace my old 25-year-old muffin tins (made in USA but had finally warped and were past their time). The stainless steel coating is terrific! These were the exact same cup mold as those old muffin tins of mine, can you believe it? I have been putting a butter coating on the cups before pouring in the batter, allowing it to cool after removing them from the oven when they are done cooking. After things have cooled down I have been able to just lift out each muffin perfectly, no sticking like my old tins. I have no complaints about the stainless steel which is just a coating but does the job so my food is not in contact with aluminum directly (healthier for you). They are just the right weight. I am very happy with this product. I only wish that more products were made in America, these were made in China but the only product available I could find of this type.

This muffin pan fits perfectly in a standard toaster oven with at least one inch on all sides for even heat distribution. The muffin pan has substantial weight (over 250gm), but is not stainless steel. A magnet does not even slightly attach to the pan surface. The rolled top edges are smooth, but the sheet metal perforations on the short sides of the pan have sharp edges and could potentially cause a skin tear if one is not careful with handling.

Finally a good muffin pan. So much junk out there. Don’t be afraid to get this one. Is holding up well and doesn’t warp in the oven.

Appreciate that it doesn’t have any non-stick coating! Sturdy & well made. Smooth surfaces & rolled edges makes cleanup easy. .

I was loving this before I used it. It looks good, I like the size it etc. It's hard to get a grip on it - taking it out of the oven. There's not enough space around the edges to grasp especially with a pot holder. Bummer.

This is a great pan. Got it for making portion size meatloaf. No sticking, easy clean, good weight, sturdy.

I purchased a couple of Fox Run's 12-muffin pans. I loved them so much, I had to get the smaller 6-muffin version. I admit that I am inherently lazy and run everything through the dishwasher. I was tired of my previous nonstick muffin pans going in the dishwasher and then getting rusty where the bottom of the cups meets the flat top of the pan (the seams). With Fox Run's stainless steel muffin tins, you never have to worry about that. They have been through my dishwasher so many times and still look like brand-new. If I'm making something which might stick to the top part of the pan, I just spray some Pam on it but I've been honestly amazed how little sticks to the top of the pan even though there is not a nonstick coating on these pans, they are just stainless steel. Love them. Love them. Love them.

Large muffins. Very durable, strong stainless steel. Great value. Happy I bought this. Would buy again.
