“What is your favorite color?” I asked, “Pink” My daughter replied. “What do you want to be?” “princess”. I keep asking, “Which princess do you want to be?” “Poppy.” “What? Who is Poppy?” I guess I am not a good mom. I was too busy. I haven’t been able to watch cartoon movie with my children for a long time. I didn’t even know there was a cartoon character “Poppy” in the movie “Troll”. I felt so sorry for my daughter. I decided to make her dream come true before Christmas day, so she can dress up as Poppy in the Christmas party.Not Halloween time. I didn’t expect I would pay discount price for that, but the quality is higher than what I expected. Usually the quality of costumes are not too good. My experience is costumes usually only last for couple times. That is why I need to buy new costumes every year for my children. Actually I think this Poppy costumes Will last little longer. Without putting on the wig, the dress can be wore on usual days. The wig has enough space that I can hide all my daughter’s long hair inside, and it is not too tight. She can ware it for a couple hours without hurting her. Coming with necklace is a plus, she can add it to her jewelry collection. I hate to visit the jewelry booth during community events such as harvest festival. They can sell those cheap jewelry for 10-20 dollars. My daughter will not leave without buying one. My daughter was so happy when I handed this Costume set to her. The little kids in the Christmas party keep asking her where she got it. She was so proud and said, “My mom brought it for me”. I feel better. At least I can give her something that she like to compensate the lacking of time staying with her.
