I’m in between a 14 and 16 would I get away with ordering a large?

Would these fit a person with a 31-32 inch waist? These are the only ones with an S size closest to it but worried they might still be to big.

Confused about the size, I wear a 32 jeans, usually go with 12-14 bottoms, so will the large fit me right?
