Digestive Distress: After consuming this powder, I experienced bloating and discomfort. It turns out that it contained lactose (from milk-based protein), which didn’t sit well with my digestive system Unpleasant Taste and Texture: The flavor was lackluster, and the texture was gritty. It felt like I was drinking a chalky concoction. No one wants to struggle through their protein shake! Quality Control Issues: The lack of third-party testing and quality control raised concerns. Mixability is not as good as nakpro. The chocolate flavour is a little overwhelming for me (even after adding ice cubes) It's light, feels full and has slightly lesser calories than Nakpro. I have all my shakes in water & 4 cubes of ice.

Why protien is good and taste was also good, worth it to buy, when you workouts daily and consuming protein as a daily basis the result showing. Good product
