Perfect replacement!
My washing machine (Kenmore 110.20022013) was shaking violently and making an awful racket when it entered the spin cycle. It didn’t matter what was in the machine (small load of athletic clothing or a large load of sheets and towels), the spin cycle could best be described as apocalyptic. It sounded like a demolition derby was happening in the laundry room and the washing machine could easily walk itself almost one foot away in the process.Replacement of the rods was fairly easy (thanks to guidance from some online videos) and fit perfectly, fixing the problem. The rods removed from the machine (likely the original equipment) are shown above—the bent rod leaves no doubt as to the source of the problem.On the topic of online videos, there are several on how to replace the rods. I found the one at ‘h6wXWmEoVJY’ on the most popular video platform to be the most helpful; the tip given at the 1:45 mark makes the job *so* much easier!Disclaimer: I have no connection with the video listed above or the individual(s) who produced and posted it. Been a few months and they are still doing great
There were very easy to install, and fixed the tumbling drum issue. They have been in use for months now, and have not let me down. Would certainly recommend. The shipping was fast, and the price was great.

Smooth spin cycle restored
These suspension rods fit perfectly! I could tell by comparison that the old springs had compressed and these new ones were going to fix the problem. Now, the washer can once again handle a full load without banging back and forth, and spins moisture out very well.

Noticeable Difference
The suspension rods are not made to the OEM dimensions. I was able to take a picture of the difference between the OEM replacement and this brand. The OEM has the black plastic tops. The picture of the two OEM parts is comparing the originally installed and a new OEM rod.Since the spring is elongated for this brand, it causes the tub to sit higher inside the washer’s cabinet. I have installed this brand’s suspension rod assembly, and I will update when they become defective.
