I love the mask. But its stamped plastic! It cant cost more than a dollar to make and IT’S STAMPED PLASTIC.It works perfectly for me but come on …IT’S STAMPED PLASTIC.

Nice to find original parts for CPAP at a huge cost savings!

If you live on this mask and this piece breaks in the middle of the night you are up the prveerbal creek.

I have used this mask for several years and I love them! They are sturdy, comfortable, and last.The down side to the original Eson is the headgear straps, which are comfortable but left lines on my face for several hours each morning. However, if you put the clips from your Eson headgear on Eson 2 headgear, it fits the Eson mask frame just fine. (The Eson 2 clips are a different size and don't work on the Eson mask frame.)I had breakage problems with my Eson 2 masks, and took some photos. You can see that where the forehead straps attach, the Eson 1 (left side) is about twice as thick as the Eson 2 (with blue parts). I have gone back to the Eson 1 with Eson 2 straps and I'm a happy camper.

This Fisher & Paykel Eson 2 frame for Eson 2 masks is great. It's well-designed. My favorite feature is how quiet the mask is during use.
