Amazing and very effective product.
The media could not be loaded. Very clear picture and have a very wide range to cover. It is really value for money. Flexible to set up in required angle.

No Post Sales Service
Spoke to Amazon representative as the camera stopped working in a month. As it was lockdown I could not contact Customer Care. They have advised us to contact the manufacturer and get it fixed. Now the manufacturer is asking us to send the product to Delhi on my expenses and so that they can repair it. So, to fix Rs. 1400. Camera I have to send on parcel services or travel to Delhi. Is there any repairing person in Hyderabad. If not this is a total rip off.

No help from manufacturer.
The unit worked for a week and then its Wi Fi stopped working. The whatsapp number given in the brochure is asking for order number details and no one picks up the phone to answer.

Excellent Support staff
Affordable Quality Product, I could not connect my camera from different country, Support team is excellent thay help me a lot to fix the issue, will recommend this product for my friendsNote: Must Use VPN if using from different country.

Decent camera but needs improvement.
The whole purpose of buying this was to connect it with wifi. But unfortunately it just doesn't connect with wifi keeps showing to internet. However if it's connected through a lan cable then it will connect smoothly. The Mike is also not very clear n there is no option to respond back only one way communication. Clarity wise the cam is pretty clear in natural light. In low light or dark still does a great job but not as expected. Overall of rating has to be done it need a alot of improvement.
