Berkshire Blanket Serasoft Plush Neckroll Removable Easy to Wash Cover Throw Pillow, Smoke

SO disappointed! I bought a Berkshire Serasoft Neckroll pillow in 2003 from Bed Bath & Beyond. I LOVED it!! I’ve had it ever since, and decided to order a new one to match my bedroom. It’s not even close to the same. It’s very firm—like a large piece of styrofoam. Not at all comfy or squishy like the original. Reading the reviews on the Berkshire site, I see that I’m not the only one. Bummer :(

Was in love with this for the first couple of weeks, but a few weeks in and the pillow has flattened out in the center (so, exactly where you need it to stay firm).

I love the lighter purple color!The outer case is soft and feels nice against your skin.The pillow inside, is fairly firm. It works well for lumbar support, but not necessarily the best for neck support. The size and firmness are a little much to put behind your neck.

Package was damaged (maybe they thought a pillow didn't need much protection?) Cream is much more yellow than photo. Looks dingy next to my bedding (but then the background color is very white).A bit lumpy, and the fabric is kind of weird. If I stroke it in one direction, some of the flaws fade away, but who's to say it will stay that way? Finally, the zipper/seam is very poorly done--the white zipper (& therefore contrasting the cream) is visible, 1/4" white shows. The plush fabric seems to be fraying there? Maybe it's a problem with the nap.

I got 3 of these in navy blue for my son's bed to place along side the bed and the wall since his bed is in the corner of his room and we really like them. They are a little fatter/higher then a traditional neckroll. They are nice and firm and the cover feels very plush. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that even though the covers are machine washable, you cannot put them in the dryer. The label says to either line dry or tumble dry with no heat.

I would not call this "plush" by any means. It is a bit hard and the material is no different than that which you would find on a stuffed animal from a carnival. Not the quality i would have expected from Berkshire.

My grandchildren love their pillows and they use it everyday. They sleep with them. Actually the pillows were their favorite gift. My husband bought his in Walmart years ago and I could not find them anymore. So I went on line and Thank Heaven I found them going to Amazon. I use Amazon for everything.

Just as discribed! Soft fabric, firm underneath! Looks and feels good! I have to order more for tv viewing we tend to fight over it now.
