Do Not Put in Dishwasher
I usually toss dehookers into the dishwasher along with some other stuff after a fishing trip, but these will not stand up to the heat in the dishwasher. So if you clean these, do it by hand. Other than that, they seem to work okay.

Sticks after first few uses
The one I have sticks when you pull handle, really annoying when you have a fish flapping all over the place and trying to get this thing unstuck. Not a reliable product. Don’t purchase
