It’s a good, specific, replacement.
This remote is specifically for certain models of Samsung TVs. Price for value is wonderful. I bought this cause my new puppy is a chew monster and got a hold of my old remote. No programming necessary, works out of the box. But my dog got to this one too. It held up.

Worked right out of the box!
Replacement for original remote that came with the digital TV. Unfortunately most consumer electronics are not made for the marine environment so corrosion of their cheap peripherals takes its toll.
