Easy to put together. I had had this for over 1 year but I just started using it. I use it after my workouts. I sweat alot. It gets really hot. Put on socks be ause the bottom will burn your feet. It does heat up quickly so make sure you're in the bag in time.

Very well-made and extremely easy to set up and use. Heats up very quickly and you really work up a sweat. It's fairly lightweight & the control box is very light

I use it each morning when I wake up for 30 minutes helps with pain, stress, and seems to be melting visceral fat.

This product has a European plug and I can't use it in the US. Will have to return the first one was damaged I had to return it

I thought it would make me sweat but 40 min at 75 and I barely sweat. But it does heat up. Only been using it for less than a month.It had no manual and then no temp units either. Guess you get what you pay be for.

Was very excited to receive the wrap had one previously and loved it. Unfortunately, the power cord is European and will not work with my outlets. No mention in description about this. In the manual it states can’t be used with converter or adapter. So I may have to return!! Disappointing to say the least.
