I started using it from few days, i take it with milk, it's taste is good, u can add some sugar which gives it better flavour. If u don't have any shaker, don't worry it mixes very well. Just stir well. And yeah it provides energy to the body as my stamina while exercising increase. It lasts for 15 to 16 days if u consume it 3 times(spoon full) a day.
