Executive Outcomes Graphic Novel

I'm a big fan of graphic novels, and I appreciate reading about actual historical events in graphic novel format. Based on the title, I assumed this would tell the interesting story about Executive Outcomes. Wrong. No historical context at all, just a random, overpriced comic book written for 10 year-olds, at best. I got about halfway through, and when it became clear that it wouldn't get any better, I threw it in the trash. I didn't want to sell it or even give it away for free to save everyone else from wasting their time with this drivel. This subject could have been so good in graphic novel format, but total failure instead. An insult.

Hidden gem of a comic. Solid length and well drawn. Good story.

If you like shadow company you will love this not a documentary but more of a first hand account telling from Cobus . If you like black powder red earth you will love this.

Enjoyed the story and art style. Paints a bleak picture of international politics in regards to genocidal regimes.

A very good and graphic depiction of the involvement of ex-SADF soldiers in stabilising what had threatened to become a massive killing field in Sierra Leone. Although one can certainly debate upon the merits of using mercenaries in Africa, in this particular case AND in the Nigerian Boko Haram conflict, South African guys prevented a lot of murder and rape of innocent civilians by their intervention. Well done guys. We salute you!
