The product looks really well with all the lights and great for kids gaming. The frame is solid and feels like it will last forever. Key caps can be changed at a cost. I can see why the product is so expensive. However, by the time it actually arrived I paid double the price for it because of the revenue charge.This must be damaging to amazon as I won't be purchasing product again due to the extra revenue charge. Really disappointing as it's not amazon's fault.As the keyboard itself goes, my son loves it.

The keyboard rattles more than any board that I've ever bought. It rattles so much I would say its in fact not usable. In addition, it pings like crazy almost like it's resonating. Finally, it has no incline so I had to install my own (I knew this from the start, so I suppose it's not drop's fault here).I am buying new stabs as well as installing a damping foam. Sure, this will make it better I hope but ultimately this is not a keyboard anyone should be buying if they want a functional keyboard out of the box. As I said, the experience is so poor that I don't think it's possible to use. A $10 keyboard has better stabs (without exaggeration) just ask anyone here. I think youtubers have been dishonest to say the 'stabs are not ideal'. It's not just not ideal, it's not useable.

Before I start, I would just like to say that if I could give less than 1 star I would!I have been looking for a new mechanical keyboard that looks great and was a middle ground between a full custom and consumer level keyboard. I found this with the drop alt… on paper.I ordered this keyboard and after almost 3 weeks of waiting (I live in the UK), the keyboard arrived. When I got my hands on the package, I could feel that everything was loose in the box... not good. I opened the battered package to find everything was indeed loose and found that one of the magnetic feet was missing... not a good start. I was willing to ask for a replacement magnetic foot as I was excited to start using the keyboard. Next, I plugged it in... nothing, completely dead. I even noticed some of the keycaps were in the wrong place??? what the hell is going on??? And then finally as I was going through my orders, while contacting customer support I noticed I had ordered the silver version of the keyboard, I received the black version :|. I even found some small scratches. I mean is this a joke? I feel like a recieved someones returned unit?
