I'm new into cake decorating. I used it over the weekend for a birthday party and everything was great. It's easy to use and clean. The spinning wheel was a little wobbly but a quick screw tightening fixed that up.I think this is a great intro set.

During quarantine, I decided to take up making multi-tier and multi-layer cakes. Every recipe I’ve seen online on how to decorate said cakes involved a cake turner, so I caved and got one. I’m really glad I went with this one! Very affordable and came with the other decorating tools such as spatula and scrapers. I have yet to use the frosting scrapers for anything other than crumb-coating, but they were a good size, about 4” tall. The metal spatulas come in handy, both the level and offset ones, for evenly distributing frosting. The pictured cake is my second ever cake (not counting box cakes), and I was able to decorate it thanks to these tools.The downsides are that the table feels a little cheap (you get what you pay for!), and I’m not sure how heavy a cake it could handle realistically. I did put a three-tier cake on it (2 layers each tier, 6”, 8”, and 10” diameters) just fine, though. Without anything on top of it, the table does wobble when you spin it, but I’m not sure if that’s just gonna be something that all tables do. I also do wish there was some way to center cakes and cake boards; perhaps radial measurement markings from the center to the outer circumference would help. I just eyeball it. You could probably mark the table yourself.

Priced just right. The stand spins really well for standard cakes, but doesn't feel super sturdy or heavy duty. The tools were nice quality

I made and decorated my first cake for my daughters 4th birthday. She wanted a puppy cake and a mermaid cake so I combined them and did half and half! I couldn’t have done it without this kit. It was perfect for a beginner, obviously not the best quality out there but perfect for someone just starting out. The price was right too! I did end up buying a bigger scraper to do the frosting but I love that this stand spins. Couldn’t have decorated it without that!

Does the job. Good value for the money.

Purchased this for my son. He loves it and it has helped him up his game with cake decorating. So far there have been no problems with any of the pieces and all have been a great help.

Worked ok. Good enough initially but washed and the ball barrings rusted to where it is too much resistance turning. If you wash remove the ring of barrings so they don’t rust on you. Lasted two years and about 4-6 cakes.

It arrived just in time for me to use to help me decorate a granddaughter’s birthday cake. There’s no way I would have been able to cover this cake with all those sprinkles, which was a request. The turntable spins very smoothly and washed up easily. I really didn’t need two more spatulas or the other tools but since they were included in this very reasonably priced set. I have no way to know how durable it will be but frankly I’m sure it will be fine for occasional use. I’m quite happy.
