Frolov's Respiration Lung Breathing Training Device

I am using this product for respiratory health. I have used a similar one in the past. This product was well packaged . Writing on outside of box was in Russian? Instructions inside were In English. The pictures on the instructions were a bit blurry. Sometimes the instructions were confusing as you could tell they had been translated. The product quality appears to be good but the tubing does not seem to be as sturdy as my last product. I have only used the Frolov twice so time will tell

I received this and had to read all the information to understand how to use it. I had to get the online booklet on Amazon which was only $7 but should have come with it. The one that came with it was in Russian. I have been using it for some time and does seem to help. I have respiratory issues and so any help is good. My doctor tells me that is fine but I still need the medication to support my issue. It is constructed well and easy to use. I will continue to use because if it does what is says then it is worth it and any help is good.

This attempt at making dollars is detestable - the function of this rather flimsy plastic contraption is to try and fool your own body regulatory system, which was designed to be the best at what it is suppose to do. The only way to try and fool that regulatory system, (not always advisable) is by changing the pH of the blood.Please save your money and be vigilant so as not to be taken for a ride. I admit a huge error in vigilance.

think i am still looking for an answer as to whether this may help alleviate epileptic seizures

I HAVE READ THAT THIS PRODUCT IS GOOD FOR PEOPLE WITH CARDIAC ISSUES! THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS THE INSTRUCTIONS WERE IN RUSSIAN. BUT IT IS VERY SIMPLE TO FIGURE OUT HOW IT WORKS AND I LOVE IT!

Product is cheap plastic and the top does not even fit properlyso it pops off when you are using it.Very OVER PRICED !!!

Frolov is a physician in Russia who has developed this product that greatly improves health. I teach the Buteyko method, and the Frolov device makes it much easier to do Buteyko and much more effective than pauses and shallow breathing exercises. I have ordered a number of these devices for family and friends and myself and I am extremely happy with the device. It can help people restore their health in a wide range of health issues including asthma, allergies, type two diabetes, mysterious ailments that doctors can't figure out, high blood pressure, just to name a few.Buy this and use it. The instructions are easy to follow and very good.This vendor is excellent. I have never had a problem with them either.

Takes time to get use to it. I got a swimmer's nose plug to use with it.
