Garvey's Organic Traditional Irish Brown Bread Mix, 16 Ounce, 2 Count

When you don't have good stone ground whole wheat flour, this mix is fantastic for making brown bread. The only thing I do differently is a family tradition where we add two tablespoons of molasses to the buttermilk & stir well before adding it to the dry ingredients.

If you enjoy substantial (as opposed to light and fluffy) bread, you will love this bread. It's heavy and quite filling. It's also delicious.

Can't be beat. Wonderful flavor and texture. One of my favorites.
