Thumb screw did not tighten making the whole apparatus useless. Not surprised though; It was a gamble. The refund process for this item is too bothersome to make it worth returning.

Bought to complete general surgery sets going to 3rd world countries. The side blades can not be removed or replaced with shorter blades but I know they can be used to help save lives in underprivileged or remote clinics.
