Is the audio flat, and can these maintain comfort after 4-6hrs of continuous use (glasses+large head)?

It is perfectly flat! Extremely comfortable on a large head. Don't use glasses. Audio is so flat, sometimes i wish it was more colored :)

Is the Cmoy BB amp with dual AD825 opamps a good choice for a headphone amplifier to use with these cans?

Yes the ad825 opamps are very good chips and deliver very clear audio ,you will notice a crisp bass punch very much like what you would hear in a studio through monitors...

Are the drivers only 30mm? Does this impact the bass sound?

If we were talking about physically feeling the bass on your head, then yes... Sound quality of bass? None. The bass is tight and nice.
