This is just what I needed, I am very sensitive to the sun and I have to wear a mask. I couldn't find a perfect mask until now, it covers the parts I want to cover from the sun and it stays on well. The only thing is that it is a little small around the ears but I am okay with that. I would order another one in the future.

I am a person who want to wear a regular medical mask whenever I go outside. I sill wanted to add a sun protection and medical masks cannot provide any. As other reviews say, this mask is definitely hard to breathe if you only wear this one. But when I cut out the elastic string in the back, and wear it on top of the medical mask, it solved the breathing issue, and I got great sun protection! Getting a large size (I knew it would be really large for my face) also helped since it gives enough room for the medical mask.

I loved this...it was just what I wanted. I usually wear the bandana style mask but wanted a shorter one for summer. I ordered the large and tried it on before washing just to be sure it fit. It was nice and loose, but it has the ear loops and nose wire, so it stays in place. Well, after I washed and dried it, I wore it and it was so tight that when I talked it was getting sucked into my mouth. It’s great quality and very pretty, but do not put in the dryer.

10-11-24: The quality and value has decreased. The masks now have less material than before. It’s a lot smaller. It’s at least one inch shorter and narrower. The medium is now a small/medium. It’s like it was made for a child. Also, it no longer comes with a bag. I do like the elastic neck,, so if it falls off the ear, it still stays on my neck.

Excellent face mask for sun protection. Fresh air comes in from the bottom of the mask with this short design. I hand wash mine frequently after wearing on a long walk.

I bought this because I wanted to use it while driving to protect my left side of the face. In the picture it looks like the mask loops on the ear. The one I received has fixed elastic bands at the back, making it difficult to put it on. Also, you need to adjust the nose strip very carefully otherwise the fabric will poke under your eyes. I also felt like I couldn't breathe very well because of those elastics. The material is good but the mask is a little small (will be tight for people with bigger faces) and the design is off. Would not recommend. Hope they can improve their design.

I love this mask! It fits right, has cool colors and it's comfortable to wear. I have sun-sensitive skin and numerous brown spots on my face to prove it. Sunscreen alone was not enough for protection. About a year ago I started wearing UV protection masks for hiking and biking in our Arizona sun. Non quite worked just right for me, until this one. They seemed either too small, too large, or too thin, etc. This is the Goldilocks of face masks and I highly recommend it. I hope they come out with more color options.

I've bought two of these for sun protection when I'm hiking or driving. I'm a 5'4" female, and although the sizing indicates I should have gotten the S/M, I opted for the large version instead. I'm glad I did because the mask stays comfortably on my face without pressing against my mouth or chin. I feel like I get good air flow. I can confirm when I bought this in black, it came with a black fabric zipper bag to hold it ... there wasn't a bag included when I bought it in the mauve color.
