Good quality, delicious
It's great, though I wish I could find out what country it comes from

Rinse for fluffier kasha
I am thrilled to have found this roasted buckwheat product. The flavor is delicious! (Honestly I would not recommend raw buckwheat groats to anyone)For inexperienced cooks I am providing instructions that go beyond what is printed on the package. Sure, you can cook your grain in water, but if you want a more flavorful dish you should use chicken, beef, or vegetable broth. Butter should be added, too; not only is this traditional, it is good for you. (And, this really goes without saying but - YUM.) Also, for a fluffier texture I recommend rinsing the groats in cool water before cooking. (I swish them around in a bowl with my hand, then use a strainer.)

Tasty but expensive
Taste is good but it is a bit expensive for the amount you get. Otherwise, it is like normal Russian grechka you would get back home for a quarter of the price...

it’s organic and it’s toasted. Great flavor
I used to eat kasha every day in my many trips to Ukraine, Russia, and the Balkan states. Buckwheat is more nutritious than oatmeal. I decided to add it back into my diet recently. I forgot how filling it it is. I add raisins or figs for a little and a touch of honey. Give it a try!

good flavor - a bit hard
I like to add whoe grain buckwheat to bread, hot cereal, or even salads. These are well toasted and flavorful. However they are much harder and a little bigger than other brands - and a bit too hard to drop into salads. Good price and fast shipping.

Kasha is life
I love my Kasha. Amazon is the good place to get it. Comes in a bag not the original box 😐

Kasha
Taste ok, value for money is interpretive by user, my thoughts, it’s a little high for the amount you get and it took quit a while to get it.

Yum!
My goodness, this is so much better than the buckwheat I used to get (I always got it in the bulk bins at WF, but they're gone now due to covid). I noticed these kernels looked different: more dense and a darker color. And the simmer time recommended 30 minutes instead of 15. I had low expectations. But wow, really much much better flavor and consistency than the other stuff. My diet is very limited due to IBD, so I am very happy to have buckwheat in my life again.
