The good is that it is a hit and beautiful if you can get it to work right.The bad is that they are flimsy and cheap, as some handles will have bad battery cases that won’t allow for it contact the metal pieces and create a closed circuit. They slip off of their connector pieces , or just break easily. Basically they are fragile meant to be seen and not touch. A different brand has longer connector pieces which sees to help but the cup is still just as likely to come loose and fall off. *sigh These are not the same as the ones street vendors sell, their wand is one piece, and light string longer, hold 3 AA batteries instead of 2 and has small screws to secure their handles.The ugly is this long process of lessons learned and how to: proceed if you dare, and reconsider if they are for kids. Just give parents a disclaimer they’re not toys, or disappointment may ensue.STEP 1 PREP: Buy Extra boxes as there will likely be missing pieces as this brand does not secure the pieces in box, also there will be defective pieces. STEP 1b give yourselves a minimum of 3 days before the event for 10 balloons, and much more days for each pack of 10 to assemble these babies together. It’s a high learning curve, with a lot of hiccups.STEP 2 place batteries in handle to make sure there is a contact with the pieces. You may have to check again twice as they were poorly made and their boxes can either break or their metal piece out of socket(opened up the handle to find out).STEP 3 unravel the wire carefully and place separately if you plan on unraveling At the same time. By chance if they get tangled, turn on 1 handle and follow the lit wire out of the tangle.STEP 4 assemble the stick connector and cup and thread wire through. In any step you want here.STEP 5 use hot glue gun, super glue to glue joints together as well as insertion point to the handle, or permanency or use their sticky adhesive on the tip and shove back into joint to solve this problem and keep it temporary fixed together for disassembly later on.STEP 6 partially inflate the balloon about 9 inches, hold, deflate, now stretch out the balloon as instructed in th provided pamphlet. Make sure to stretch the extension of the balloon where you inflate super good. You will need this stretch really good for 2 reasons, you must pass the diagonal cut when you tie it off or else you will have a leak and deflated balloon real soon, also you need the flexibility to pull the knot through the cup to secure it into the cup piece. Any bit of stretch here is going to save you a ton of headaches amd dashed dreams.Step 7 inflate to a size of 13 inches if you want the balloon to be wrapped twice with the wire, or up to 18 inches for a once wrap. I would not go past 18 as none survived. (I used a sharpie to mark the diagonal cut opening, this enabled me to make sure I passed that cut when I tie off the balloon or else you will guarantee to lose air) If air is leaking while using the pump provided, it’s because your hand has not created a seal around the circumference of the pump nozzle by holding it firmly enough. Adjust your hand. It took about 50-60 quick full pumps per balloon.Step 8 wrap the wire carefully around the ballon before you secure the balloon into the cup so that it will be easier to tuck under the balloon but on top of the cup. Basically it’s held firmly into place by the ballon and cup contact.Step 9 secure balloon, and add glue adhesive on top of the wire to your balloonsStep 10. Make sure you check it amd play rough if you plan on giving it to kids. This is your final quality control check for anything that at break.Good luck and may the force be with you.

The battery part is very bulky. The balloons were thin. It can be worked with but could be better

The media could not be loaded.  I somewhat liked the product, the wand and lights were fairly easy to assemble. The balloon needs to be stretched for sure, otherwise it takes a bit longer to inflate. It doesn't have 3 settings and it doesn't turn off unless you remove the batteries (2×AA) which is kind of a pain in the a**. Feathers and tape were a pleasant bonus, helped keep the balloon in place and the lights around the balloon. For the price point it's worth it, if you don't mind removing the batteries to turn it off. I bought them for my daughters entertainment, served their prose. Comes with two blue wands the rest are red and pink. 15 balloons (5 extra), the pump, feathers, & tape dots. Super fun for parties! It is what it is.

Did not last threw our exit at our wedding they all fell apart

They look fantastic once assembled. The assembly was not the easiest. Pump came apart. Which made it more difficult to blow up. Also, we yried to blow them up the night before the wedding that we were using them for, and they deflated some over night, which made the wires with the led lights come off the balloons, so we ended up having to take them apart and start over

Las luces funcionaron a la perfección todo vino en excelentes condiciones y tal como lo indicaba la imagen de todo lo que incluye, pero los globos no sé si fue para lo que utilice los globos que fue para introducir le una rosa, que se me desinflaron en menos de 6 horas que en eso es lo único que lo encontré muy malos. Gracias a Dios compré un paquete de globos transparentes a otro vendedor y esos si me funcionaron a la perfección con este proyecto. Pero de lo demás todo muy bien. Deberían mejorar el material de los globos que incluye este paquete.

They are pretty, but take some time to put together. Electric balloon pump would not work, opening too wide. And stems are too flimsy.
