The person that fitted my front door was either having a bad day at the office, lives in a straw hut, or was instead just an absolute weapon. On a good day it made my hallway a good 3 degrees cooler than the rest of the house. On a bad day the front door could have joined the percussion section of the London Philharmonic Orchestra, it rattled so much. I didn’t expect much from this stuff but I secured it to the frame on 3 sides and over the past 2 weeks it has been a game changer. I instantly noticed the difference, i.e it didn’t feel like I was holding my hand in front of the car air conditioning vent. I didn’t cut it in one strip for the entire side. In my opinion you don’t need too and it’s much too much of a faff. I cut it in smaller strips and connected them edge to edge; still does a great job. It also makes my front door feelMuch more secure in its frame. I love this stuff.

We had a slight flood and the skirtings expanded and had to be ripped off. When the new ones were put on we noticed a small gap you could see through all around the door. The draft was immense, dust from outside would blow under the door. I decided to buy this based on the reviews beforehand. When it came I measured it and with two of us we put it on the side (near handle) and underneath nr threshold. It is extremely strong so be careful when placing it, take your time and I very much doubt this will ever peel off. It’s discreet and I cannot see no gap, no draft and nothing blowing under door - genius!! Highly recommend

What a fantastic product!!! Out front door is original door that’s been at the house we just bought for over 40 years. The draft was awful and we wanted the solution until we get new door. The gap was so wide between the frame and door that you could see the daylight coming through it. Used this all around the door and it’s amazing! We could instantly feel the difference. Also the sticky bit is very strong. Been on for 2 weeks now and I’m so pleased I bought it.

Well this seal has done what it’s say’s on the box helps with the draft from under my front door it’s not 100% in stopping the draft but it helps a lot doesn’t feel cold as much when coming down the stairs like it did so if are looking for a quick fix give it a go.

My patio doors were poorly fitted (a long time before I moved in) and there's a little gap around the frame. No matter how much the doors are manually adjusted the gap remains - I've even had the professionals out to look at it but to no avail. Unfortunately I don't have the finances to replace the door and frame, therefore, I thought I would try this cheap temporary solution.I cleaned the doors before application, and then applied the product. The strip is very sticky so stays in place well. I applied this about a month or so ago and there has been no deterioration or reduced effectiveness. The draft is gone and my kitchen is a much nicer temperature. My only regret is not doing it sooner!!

Seems like it would do the job it was meant to, of only it actually stuck to the surface. I cleaned the surfaces with alcohol wipes and fully dried before attempting, but it just doesn't stick.

I was buying 9mm height, but it was so tightly packed and squeezed - it's more like 5mm (see photo).A bit overpriced IMO.

Despite careful preparation of the surface, it simply will not stick. If it did, it would be easy to install and use. But it doesn't, so it isn't. Possibly I received a bad batch, or the product had been exposed to extreme temperatures in transit, but I've thrown it away and will have to accept the longer delivery time on the product I used last time.
