I would have rated at 5 star but the only issue we faced so far it's fingerprint recognition. It just keeps saying operation failed. It eventually works but generally it takes 2-3 tries.It has some great functions though like remote unlock, phone unlock, code, card, fingerprints.I also noticed a drawback. If the door is open for sometime, it doesn't give any alert stating door is open.Overall it is a good product but it can be improved

Works as expected. Only issue is remote locking is not actually a locking. Door is still open

Fingerprint sensing is quick and effective. Better than what we experiences in smart phones. App is user-friendly.Been using it since a week. No issues. Tried OTP usage too. It works.Installation should have been faster and they could have been more friendly, efficient and less money-expecting.

I am using this lock for last 1 year. Very satisfied with performance and customer service.pros:1. very affordable and easy to use.2. lot of features in price3. Easy to install4. Fingerprint reader is very responsive.5. Number pad also works very good.6. Ability to give temp access and also you can limit access pf each use feature in app is great.cons:1. battery consumption is high. better to use Duracell battery, goes pretty long2. the key slot is unwieldly and difficult to use specially in dark.Overall Highly satisfied with product

When my carpenter first installed it it I was not able to lock the door at all. I had to end up giving the job to my slightly smarter/Tech savvy electrician to get it to work.

So good so far. With so many options to open it is safe and easy to someone who always forget the keys.Fingerprint works fine if that's missed digital pin if that's missed use mobile app, of not swipe card if everything is missed use the keys 😀Just loving the safety

I bought this model, thinking of having added connectivity through wifi. While other access modes were working fine, it was not able to connect to my JIO wifi router.My wifi router is approximately 10 feet away from the main door in direct line of sight.In the Lavana mobile app, it shows that the lock is able to detect my wifi SSID, but on the next step, the lock is not able to connect to it.It just shows 'operation failed'.The installation guy did not have much idea about the wifi feature. I contacted the customer support, and sent a video of the steps performed to them.They had a couple of troubleshooting sessions remotely but could not resolve the issue.To make it work they shipped a lavana gateway device to me through which I am able to access the device through wifi.It's a small unit that needs to be kept powered ON and connects to my home wifi network.Prompt and satisfactory support from Lavana.
