Has anyone been able to reach to seller? The solar pump on mine just died after 7 weeks. Voltage from the solar panel is 12VDC on one side of the pins and 28 VDC on other. That leads me to say the pump failed. And no we never ran it dry and we always had clean water in the 5 gallon bucket.

Does anyone know of a compatible cable that I can buy? I would like something even longer.

After MUCH searching around, here is the extension cord that will attach to the solar panel and fountain:

HOWEVER, while the plug will fit, the twist cap to seal it and make it waterproof will not screw onto the threads so you will need to wrap some tape around the connection to waterproof it.

Question 3

This worked fine for the first hour or so, but now it’s pulsing the water instead of being steady.  Any suggestions?  The panel is in full sun.

I think there's an issue with the pump itself. My fountain only pulsed the water from the start. Then a squirrel chewed throught the wire. I switched it out with another pump I ordered (that's a little too big for my fountain - 210mA/180 L) & used this same solar panel. It started working just fine, even shot the water up higher.

My yard faces south with 3 large trees providing lots of shade. I taped the solar panel to a small shepard's hook/garden stake that I rotate to face the sun.

What size tubing do i need to buy for this?

I got some 3/8" ID (inside diameter) 1/2" OD (outside diameter) clear tubing that fits over the little adapter the spray attachments connect to, thinking I didn't care about the sprays. Now I kind of wish I'd gone with a 3/8" OD tube and heated it up so I'd have the option to use the sprayers. I'm using this with a food-grade lidded bucket. It doesn't lift enough for a 5-gallon but lifts enough for a 3-gallon.
