Love Moon Cheese. Freeze dried cheese is a great snack to carry when out because it is light. Great source of protein and fat. Love the variety of flavors.

Ok. I wish it was a little more budget friendly but... Wow! This is a great snack for cheese lovers. I like it straight from the bag and I can imagine using it to add crunchy flavor to salads, soups a charchutte board and so on. I can also see this being a great treat for camping or long trips etc.
