Magic??
Are these magic? I definitely suggest watching a Youtube video of how to put these in, I wasn't sure the first time I tried and my fumbling around made it take quite a bit longer than it needed to. I've so far tried in damp hair that was lightly blow dried after a shower and also in totally dry hair for a bout an hour. The first gave me some really lovely curls despite my skills not being up to par, they fell into a more natural look after about 15 mins, I only had them in for about an hour before I took them out so I could take my dogs out and look a little not crazed so my hair was still a bit damp. When I put them in my hair the next time my hair was dry and was 2 days not washed (I only wash my hair 2x a week generally) for about an hour while I got ready for work and it gave me some really nice waves, I used the largest rods for this time. I really love the variety of sizes so you can really do a variety of looks with these.

No salon needed!
These are fantastic. Used when my hair was semi dry. I kept them in for 2 hours and the curls where beautiful. They stay for 3 days with brushing.

Worked Fine but...
Bought these to do a perm. I dislike perm rods and wanted to try another option. They worked well for the perm although, in retrospect, it would have been better to have a second set. My hair is short but it just would have been easier to make sure I had enough of the sizes I wanted to use. Docked a star because the white disc on the ends of one of the rods sort of hanging and loose. It still worked. Just made the set appear more cheaply made, I suppose. I'm keeping them, but I don't know I'll get this one again when I'm ready for a second set.

They really do not work, unfortunately.
I've tried these a few times now and have never really gotten them to work. I have fairly thick, long hair, so I've tried a couple things:Showered, added in-shower styler, put them in for 12 hours....took them out and my hair was just vaguely wavy.Showered, added in-shower styler, added mousse after blow drying a tiny bit....put them in for 12 hours....took them out and my hair was STILL just vaguely wavy.Tried it dry, slept in them overnight, my hair just wound up with weird kinks in it (not cute!).I wish these worked. :(

Perfect Curls!
I love this product! All of the rods bend to the likeness that you want. You can leave them in and take them out to a head full of curls. I love the fact that I am not damaging my hair with heat. I still get the curls that I want but without the time and extra hot curling tools. I would totally recommend this product.

LOVE LOVE LOVE
I am just starting my natural hair journey. I have been trying my best to use and less heat as possible on my hair. As I am used to my weave I love to straighten and curl my hair all the time. My hair stylist recommended I try these to curl with no heat and well you can see the result. I LOVE them. Although I have realized that your hair ( black/nappier/ virgin hair- however you rather say) has to be a little straightened or blow dried for a shorter curl style like mine. I put them on at night cover with my silk cap and take out in the morning. But if my hair has not been straightened/ or blow-dried previously the curls don't seem to stick as well and fall out sooner. Besides that again I LOVE THEM. And have recommended to many.

Same color rods but different size
These two rods are same color, therefore supposed to be same size. There are some severely differnet size rods here n there.

So quick and easy to use bought multiple sets
So quick and easy to use bought multiple sets. Put them in all my granddaughters' hairs. Easy for them to sleep on and quick to come out the next morning. They all had such cute curls. Do suggest a little bit of argan oil in the hair before putting them in very damp hair not wet and spraying lightly with a Hairspray after removing the rods to let the curls last all day.
