Beautiful and well made
It's perfect, well made, love the font, quick turn around time.The only downside (but not major) part of this process was having to email after ordering,why not use the 'gift option' for personalisation?

No stars - poor quality and customer service
Would actually give NO stars.No problem with name itself, but the chain was poor and mismatched each side of it - just not good enough for a gift. Seller did not answer emails of complaint - do not buy from The Online Jewellers.

Poor value
I totally understand that what I bought was gold plated but to actually arrive half silver, half gold on the chain is not really acceptable, you would think this would have been checked before it was sent out !!!!
