Substandard Product - Received defective product twice
Substandard Product.Initially, I received the product whose heating indication would not come on, and water was not getting heated.Next, I received replacement product which was not switching on. Dead on arrival.Thoroughly disappointed with the product.However, Amazon promptly arranged for return shipment and refund.

Don't buy this product from Amazon
Product is good ,but Amazon does not arrange for installation. When I tried asking Amazon's help....they simply just said "they can't help,I need to call up the company". Contacting Faber for installation itself was a big challenge. But the product is Good.

Worst Service Online of Faber
I got texts on watsap about my product installation from team but Nobody from the Faber Came for Installation and now when i have done it myself after 1 and a Half months Of purchase it stopped working as soon as it started. Disappointed for my experience.Try your luck Guys if you want to buy it ππ

Stopped working on the 13th day of installation.
Worst buy in my lifetime. It stopped working on the 13th day after installation. Even after complaining, no one has turned up nor bothered to listen to the problem faced by me till today ie 16 days after it stopped working. Had to buy a new geyser. Faulty designing by manufacturer. No reset switch given on the outside for user to reset it on tripping. The geyser has to be removed from the wall after removing the electrical and cold and hot water connections for which we have to wait for their Technician indefinitely. They expect the customer not to shower for 16 days. Please take away your geyser and refund my money immediately, failing which I shall post this on Social Media sites.FEBRUARY 3, 2022Today is exactly two months since my complaint but no one has bothered to attend to it. Why is Amazon not taking up the matter with Faber India and also not disassociating itself with Faber India. It appears that Amazon is no longer interested in doing business in India and is supporting and encouraging their Vendors instead of taking up the matter with them and solving the customers' problems. I think I have to take up the matter with CPGRAMS *Centralized Public Grievance Redress & Monitoring System*.

Worst product. Disappointed..!
Worst product. Please don't go for it. After installation, within 2 days, leaking from the inlet hole. Also overall built quality is poor.The better way for Faber is to stop production like this kind of cheap products. If not this will spoil the brand value and company's credibility.

Don't risk anything of value from Amazon
Never buy anything of worth from Amazon. Risk no more than underwear.Faber, you stick to what you know. Stop the label enigneering some cheap products from China.

Received defective product
Firstly, haven't received the screws as mentioned.It had taken some time for me for installation after which I found that the red light indicator was not working and couldn't return the product as it was outside the return window.When asked the Faber guy who came for the installation, he told that the geyser will work even without it so don't let it bother as it will take effort again to de install it and repair it.

Feels like cheap Chinese product
Quality of plastic is very cheap, heating element and tank are not fitted properly in plastic chamber(dropped 1" as soon as water got filled in geyser).My 3L 3KW Havells Instanio efficiency is far better than this 3L 4.5KW Faber.Not satisfied with the performance.
