This works great ( make sure you download the command like the instructions tell you ) if you skip that step it won’t work. If you move it between machines download it to that machine too ( once is all it takes ). Now that you have it go get some cheap keyboard from the thrift store with no chip…. lol

Very easy to install - laptop recognized the receiver immediately. HOWEVER, my devices still wouldn't work. Now, I'm bad about reading directions :-( , and the small piece of paper (pictured) inside the package is pretty important. It explains how to get the SOFTWARE needed to make the devices work. Downloaded, installed and in about one minute I both devices up and running great!

My receiver got loose and would lose connectivity at times, so I bought this one to replace it. It fits more tightly into my computer. It was easy to click on "Add a bluetooth device" in my PC and pair my Logitech M215 mouse and K330 Keyboard. It did not work the first time, but I tried again and they got paired.

I have a K400+ wireless keyboard with built in mouse for my media computer. I took the computer somewhere and didn't unplug the dongle and it got broken. This was cheaper than buying a new keyboard. The first one wouldn't install and the second time I tried a different port the whole thing flew into pieces, as someone else experienced also. Sent it back and the new one started the same way. It says that drivers are not available, even after installing several times, restarting, etc. I saw a review where they used another computer to sync the devices, the point of the unifying software. So I plugged it into my laptop and it synced right up. Once that was done I plugged the dongle into the media computer and it works just like it is supposed to. I don't know what it wrong on the media computer so that it can't use the unifying software, but I don't need it to work any longer. All in all it was a long a frustrating experience, but in the end it is doing exactly what I needed it to do at about a third of the price of just replacing the keyboard which still worked fine.

Less than two weeks after the return window closed, and upon the second insertion into a USB port this piece of garbage crumbled in my hands. DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY!!! I gave it one star only because I was afraid if I gave it zero stars it might not used to adjust the average rating downward, since this product has a freakishly high rating for such utter trash.

Not sure I needed to replace the one I had, but it didn't cost much. It's working with no problems. I had a problem getting a firmware update with the unifying receiver that came with my Logi Keys keyboard. I couldn't get it to update and the keyboard's power indicator was flashing red and green. I researched this for a long time and finally found the solution. With the new receiver I was able to gat a firmware update. At the beginning of the update process the software told me the update process had previously been interrupted and a newer firmware version was available. It was able to complete the update process and the keyboard started working again.

WORKED AS DEISIGNED

This did just the trick AND MORE. I lost my dongle for my mouse and was so bummed until I found how well this product worked. The connection was almost seamless by following the simple included instructions. Now what I didn’t realize is that it can work for multiple products, like my keyboard too, so nice!! Definitely recommend.
