South ShoreVersa Headboard, Weathered Oak, Gray Maple

Love the look of these headboards. I purchased 2 full for our guest room. We had to assemble them. My husband was able to assemble them by himself. Each piece has a number on it and they are packed in that order. The middle section is all one piece no need to assemble that one. They are heavy and sturdy once assembled. This was a great value for the money.

Not just Some assembly required…. full assembly. I felt like I was putting together Ikea furniture. This thing could have been put together a lil bit more than what it was. Nice color. Fits perfect. Also instructions does not say the extra brown boards at the bottom are for the Queen/Full. If you are using it as a queen you do not need to use the brown boards at the bottom. Also box comes with 2 White boards. They are not used for anything except packing material.

The headboard came out pretty good, but we were really annoyed to find out that it came with zero hardware to attach it to the bed frame. There were a few minor dings and scuffs here and there. Headboard itself took a bit longer to assemble than I would’ve liked. Overall, it’s not too bad for the money, but I wish I knew these things before I purchased.

You really need to read and pay attention at the pictures in the assembly manual, this thing comes in million pieces.Delivery was good, it comes in a tall slim box. It comes wrapped in clingy film and very well protected. Finish is easy to scratch, peel or break so handle with care. Final product is decent, with a good weight, stable and for this price this is a very good deal.

This headboard came scratched and in one area the board is warped and smashed. I would have sent it back but I needed it right away. It is a beautiful design, but it is not sturdy. Trying to figure out what else to do to make it sturdy. We attached it to the matching bedframe which we had to go buy hardware for and it still moves.

It is a headboard... woot woot.

I bought a new bed and mattress. Didn't come with headboard... Not a biggie right?.... I thought I could go on without it.... NOPE! My pillow kept falling behind my bed ! That's when I decided to move "ahead" ( Pun intended ) and buy this one. After extensive search I found a good fit for my needs and budget. I'm very happy with how It looks in my bedroom and it does the job. No more waking up and reaching up for my pillow or wondering what happened to it during the night !

This is definitely a two-person operation to assemble mainly because it's so lengthy and unsturdy. The biggest disappointment was the lack of mounting hardware, there was nothing provided to mount it to the bed. While this was advertised as a full/queen size headboard the mounting holes did not match the full size frame of my bed. If this headboard did not match the other furniture that I purchased I would have returned it.

This furniture is typical 'assembly required' furniture. I put it together in about 40 minutes. The colour and fit and finish of the pieces were nearly perfect and, provided the enclosed instructions are followed, the furniture assembles easily. Take your time, do not use undue force when assembling and you will have a great piece that will last a long time.One note: this piece did not come with the bolts necessary to attach to the bedframe... but, I happened to have some stashed so no issues. I have several South Shore pieces and they're all awesome.

This headboard looks nicer and is good value for the money. They thing I don’t like is the blocks of wood at the bottom of the legs are fully visible. It wouldn’t be so bad if they were the same colour as the headboard. I got a puffier comforter for my son and it mostly hides it...

Solid and a very nice looking piece of furniture. Colours are very nice. Good price
