OLD BAY Hot Sauce, 10 fl oz

First off, it’s pretty hot and spicy but not too hot. Very true to the taste of the Old Bay seasoning. Very good on eggs, sandwiches or anywhere you’d like hotsauce that’s different from Tabasco or Tapatio.

Best hot sauce ever. Taste great. Not like it’s a spicy sauce just a great flavor with a small kick. Perfect on eggs and chicken, almost anything

I’m super late to discovering this saucy condiment. I didn’t actually know it was a thing until I witnessed Matthew Carlson of the Canned Fish Files (which I also highly recommend checking out) use it over some tinned fish and I figured, why not? I’ve obviously kept old bay seafood seasoning in my pantry for decades? Pulling it out for all the old faithful favorites. Right? So why Wouldn’t I want it in a lightly spicy vinegar sauce? And yes! This has become one of my favorite little flavor enhancers to quickly put a little dash of that extra one thing that really completes and rounds out quite a few dishes. It has just a little punch of vinegar and spices but not a lot of heat. And yes it’s perfect for seafoods. I dash on an oyster? A splash on some tinned mackerel or sardines? Dressing up a tuna melt? Absolutely perfect when you just want that little edge that’s not going to take anything away from the dish. It’s a warm familiar taste and I highly recommend it. Especially if you grew up on old bay for all things crab baked, steamed, raw etc. it has a light body to it and just the perfect complement of a zing with the vinegar and heat along with that classic celery salt/paprika/cardamom/clove/ginger spice just barely peeking through. I definitely recommend even if you tend to use mind numbing pepper sauces give this one a try just for the flavor.

As somebody that can nit handle much heat with my food this is bar far the best tasting hot sauce I've ever tried. It ls very flavorful but not overly spicy. 10 oz is a pretty bug bottle so it goes a long way- so its a great price for how much you get. Not very spicy so if you accidentally put more than you meant it doesn't ruin your food.

Nice stuff- not wildly hot which is fine- have only really used it on hard boiled eggs so far and goes great on that- would imagine it would go with clams, oysters and shrimp just fine-also probably goes nice in Bloody Maries- has a nice flavor of old bay without being overwhelming and doesnt hit with the saltiness of the OB powder can at times. Would probably buy again to keep on hand in the house.

This is my son’s favorite hot sauce! It has a perfect spice and good consistency….not too liquidy and not too thick! Tastes just like the seasoning with spice added. It’s a good value if you are a lover of old bay! Works great in soup and on seafood.

Seriously good! If you like Old Bay seasoning - this is increadiable! Hot finish is nice and not overpowering! If there was a way to make Old Bay better, this is it!
