Wrightsock Coolmesh II Lo Blister Free Socks- Great for Hiking Running Walking Lightweight Breathable Durable Dry

I've been a short distance runner for a few years now mainly only running 2-3 miles tops. Recently I've decided to challenge myself to run a half marathon. As the distances and frequency of runs increased while training I started to develop blisters on the instep of my feet. I decided it was worth it to try something other than the standard fruit of the loom socks I was used to using.I've used these for a few weeks now and have been very happy with them. I no longer have any blisters which was my primary reason for buying these. As an added bonus they have been very breathable and have helped to keep my feet from getting as hot as they used to with my old socks. They also advertise that they keep your feet warm in the cold. As its still warm outside I haven't been able to test that, but if so that will be great in the winter.I generally wear anywhere from a 9 - 10 shoe size depending on the shoe brand. This put me right on the edge of sock size (according to their size chart 9 is medium, 9.5 and 10 are large). I decided to buy the large and they fit fine. There does seem to be enough give that a larger foot could still use this size, but I haven't had any problems with them falling down or being too big. I've washed these a few times now and they seem to hold up well in the wash.I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend them to anyone looking for running socks. I would (and probably will in the future) buy them again.

My feet sweat like crazy in summer in Phoenix. I bought my first pair at a friends recommendation and now I’m replacing all my other socks. They keep my feet cool and my shoes smelling cleaner. I even wear them with sandals to keep my feet dry.

All the effectiveness of two socks with the ease and comfort or one sock! My husband and I use WrightSocks exclusively for endurance activities like hiking or long walks (think 60 mile Komen walks). Although I still get blisters, this is due to my feet swelling and not due to the product. We just completed our 7th event and my husband didn't get even a single blister! the socks will wear out over time, but last 2-4 times longer than your normal athletic socks. Yes, they are expensive, but considering how long they last and how effective they are, they are worth the money. My husband always get the lo ones and I have been hesitant, but after using them this year, I'm sold! They never slip down like other socks do.

I washed these once and they practically fell apart. Lots of piling and the material does not hold up. Would not recommend and would not buy again.

These tend to fit smaller than indicated. These are bigger than I purchased before and I could still use a bit more room. I'm a female size 8 1/2-9 foot. I love the lighweight of them and they are very comfortable. Bought some at MEC and these online. The MEC ones were too small (medium I think). I also don't dry these in the dryer, saves the elasticity by not heat drying plus keeps them from shrinking.

Bought these for my daughter. She was hiking in Peru. Not even one blister!! amazing

I love these socks! They were really good for all the walking I did while backpacking.
