Frye Women's Diana Chelsea Boot

I'm liking this boot more than anticipated. It runs pretty snug & narrow (I'm usually a 6-6.5 and had to order a 7, and the toes are still a bit tight). It seems like the tip of the toe is in fact intentionally not rubber-soled like the rest of the shoe, which is a bummer. Not sure why they would do this as it makes the shoes pretty slick on ice and on certain flooring. I'm also a little concerned that it also means the shoe won't be as protected from rainy ground, etc.Anyway, those things aside, I do find the boot to be more comfortable than most stylish Chelsea's I've tried on, so I'm keeping. Just throwing in my two cents in case it's helpful to anyone else.

I have been looking for my first pair of Frye boots and these have been the third ones I have tried with no luck so far! I read all the reviews and sized a half size up and still way way too small. They are an adorable boot, but no way I was getting them past my ankle. Also, the bottom was super smooth and I am pretty sure they would be very slippery. I wouldnt have sent them back only because of that, but had to return because of the small fit. I will stick with my go to... Dansko, love them!

The boots are very nice and the leather is excellent quality. It's hard to put them on the first few times. The fit is perfect and very comfortable. I am usually a 7 1/2, I bought 7 1/2 and they were perfect.

These are gorgeous but very very tight in the width - I have a high arch so barely get them on. So tight across the top of my foot I have to return them.

Such gorgeous booties!! They are tough to get on and off, but not impossible and definitely worth it. They go with everything. I definitely had to buy the FRYE suede protector spray though so I can wear them all the time without worrying about ruining them! I bought them on a whim for such a great price and I fell in love when they came. They're the kind of boots you'll have for years, such good quality. If you've been thinking about it, go for it!!!

The boots are beautiful! My only complaint is that it took boot hooks to get them on the first two times I wore them and a boot jack to get them off. Since they are suede, I am worried about the boot jack. They simply need to be stretched a little; I tried stretching with wood inserts but they still need a bit more, so they are off to the freezer! I love them and just want to hurry the fitting process up a little.

Great boots . Made extremely well , you can smell the real leather smell. I really loved these boots but I ordered a size 8 1/2 bc everyone’s review said they run small but that wasn’t the case for me I usually wear a size 7.5 and I fit a size 7 in fry and 7.5 if u want them a little loose. Hope this helps

These were beautiful, but too tight to get on over the heel. It would have been a struggle for me. I returned them. They also seemed kind of oversized for the style of boot they are.

Beautiful quality. i went with the wheat colour...it is a really nice deep dark gold. Fit however not so much. REALLY struggle to get them on and I can't see this would improve enough after break in. They are on the narrow side too, granted I do have a wider foot. I ordered my usual size 8.5...should have gone up a half size. If not for width and getting on/off...they would be really comfortable. Foot bed is soft and nice grip on bottom of sole. I also ordered the Shane Tip short boot...it fit great in an 8.5...much wider and with zipper no problem to get on/off.
