This tee shirt fits well. I tend to be between a large and an extra large, but I prefer that my tee shirts are a not tight when I work out. I went with an extra large with this tee shirt and it fits just right for my workouts. If you are the type of lifter that wants to show off you biceps then go with a large, but if you just want to work out and be comfortable then go with the extra large.
