I had ordered a bottle a while back and I liked the sauce. Fairly hot with great ginger flavor. I decided to order a two pack for some gifts. When the box arrived, one of the bottles was not sealed (cap was broken) and it leaked all over the packaging. So, far I am having trouble reaching anyone to resolve the problem. While I like the hot sauce more than many others that I have tried, it is also very pricey compared to others.UPDATE: Amazon says it can't be returned, but has no place where I can claim the damaged product. Amazon has not called when I asked for a callback. The vendor has not returned any calls after leaving messages with them. This will be my last bottle of this I guess :-(Udate2: I have tried for days to contact someone about reimbursement for the damaged product. All I get is can't be returned. I don't want to return it, I just want it replaced or refunded. Beware if you purchase this and it arrives damaged and unusable, you just have to eat the cost. Super dissappointed.

One of the best hot sauces I've had.Full of delicious slightly sweet unique flavor that smells fantastic with a perfectly balanced medium-hot slow burn that builds as you eat more.I think the ginger root is what makes this sauce so great.I have a wide selection of many different hot sauces but this is my go to sauce I put on everything.

Great hot sauce, awful price. Buy it directly from the seller for 10$ a bottle, or 25 for three. 35$ for two jsba rip-off.

I use this in making a Bloody Maria - adds great flavor and burns the hair off your chest (ladies beware).
