Great for chicken enchiladas
Great sauce! I used it to make chicken enchiladas. Perfect consistency. It's a kinda spicy. But not too spicy. Tasted good and it was Bobby approved! Using the Bobby approved app is the best! That's why I tried this sauce. Because it has healthy ingredients.

Go to option but changed the flavor
We’ve been buying this enchilada sauce for years. I just got a new jar and it’s SPICY. I can handle the heat but I made my staple enchiladas for my kids and they immediately asked why it was so spicy. Sure enough, it was the sauce.

Delicious!
I'm from Southern New Mexico and admit to being pretty picky about green enchilada sauce. We often make ours but, since we're living on the east coast now, ingredients are hard to get. Making homemade sauce is also time-consuming. Since we found the Siete sauces (we also like the red - but I'm a "green man"), we're not spending the time and effort making our own. These sauces are delicious!

Doesn't ship well.
I love this sauce however I'm not going to buy it anymore from Amazon. Of the two I just received, one was completely broken and leaking and the other had a "popped" lid meaning it now has to be put in the refrigerator and used quickly. The same thing happened to the last two that I ordered from Amazon. It's a good sauce so hopefully it arrives at your door in one piece.

I've had better tasting green sauces
Not the best tasting and there are tomatillo seeds in the sauce for those who need to avoid seeds/nuts. I had to add some seasoning etc. to add flavor.
