7 month old baby loves playing with it!
The Leapfrog Water & Count Vegetable Garden was bought as a main Christmas present for our 7 month old and it’s definitely her favourite toy. It’s interactive, playing music with two volume settings. You can press the sun, turn the page on the book, take the watering can off to water the vegetables, dig the earth with the shovel to make the mole turn round, and move the snail to spin the vegetables. Each vegetable comes out for chewing. Putting the vegetables back in their holes makes the cart identify the type of vegetable, the colour or the number of leaves – the red radish has one, the purple onion has two and the orange carrot has three etc.My one criticism of it is that because it’s tall and thin, she has smacked herself in the face with it several times by just pulling it towards her. Consequently, we give it to her lying down on its back and she plays with it like that (see picture) and so the watering can runs quite a lot because it thinks it’s being used because it’s not upright.Despite that, I still give it 5 stars for the sheer amount of use it is getting, it’s a winner. It comes ready to use with batteries. By happy accident, the cart design is a miniature version of the Leapfrog Scoop & Learn Ice Cream Cart, which we bought our 4 year old. We didn’t notice until they were playing side by side with their respective carts – very cute.

Cool toy
Bought this about 2 months ago when my baby was 9 months old and she is obsessed with it. When I take her to her playroom, it's the only thing she wants to play with. She loves picking the vegetables after I've planted them and then crawling around while holding two of them.I actually quite enjoy playing with it myself :) And my husband and I are constantly repeating phrases from it - "Hello, radish!" - so it's safe to say this toy has impacted all of our lives. I imagine when baby is a bit older it'll be handy for helping her learn about numbers as well.

Brilliant toy
Bought for my daughters 1st birthday and she absolutely loves it. Played with everyday, she’s 15months now and as she’s grown she loves it and understands it even more. Lots to do, lights, nosies buttons, has kept her entertained and she loves ‘planting’ the vegetables. My nieces who are 5 and 8 even enjoy playing with her with it.. and myself!

Got in sale
Got in the sale. Wouldn’t of paid anymore than £9 for it. It only says so many words. Only keeps a 1 year old entertained no longer than 5 mins. Good design though!!

Hours of play!
This is fab for entertaining a little one! I wouldn't say it does anything for teething as the review may have asked - but it's very interactive and my daughter loves it! We ordered when it was £15 and it was a bargain! Great value for money for the hours of endless play! Great for coordination too.

Interactive and educational
Really good interactive and learning toy for I’d say under 3’s. It plays musics, sings songs, gets them involved with colours and numbers. Ideal gift.
