Expensive but worth every cent
After suffering from Plantar Fasciitis for over a year, I needed strong support. These were recommended by my podiatrist. They are stiff and hard for the first few tries but after they mold to your feet and give amazing support. They are expensive but well worth it. It really was the best pair of orthotics I have ever had and trust me, I have tried them all including the doctor molds.

Can't wear my sneakers without them!
I have pretty severe plantar faciitis in both feet. My doctor gave me these to hold me over until my custom orthodics were ready. Within about a week of wearing these in my shoes/boots/sneakers I was able to notice a marked improvement. These lasted approximately 3 months when the hard plastic arch support broke. Aside from that I always make sure to have these on hand to wear in all of my footwear as back ups to my regular orthodics.I would definitely recommend this product to someone who hasn't had any relief from PF.

Back on the walking trail again
I needed to replace my Redi-Thotics from last year and I moved out of state. Not only did I replace these but the price was $25 less than my podiatrist originally charged.Do be careful when your Redi-Thotic is new or a replacement--you DO need to work it in by following the original recommendations--an hour a day, then 2 hours, then 3 hours, etc. It will hurt as it's firm and your foot needs to adjust.I have zero pain in my arch when I wear these on the walking trail or on the treadmill. A good support at a reasonable price.

Not for me...but may work for others
The Redi-Thotics Control did not work for me. I have plantars in my right foot, but I wore the orthotics in both shoes. The arch support was too high and my left foot hurt. There was also some pain from the right one by the arch, and it did not relieve my plantars pain. That said...not every orthotic, particularly over-the-counter, is going to work for everyone. After tossing these I went with the following process that did work (again, worked for me):- A Force Dorsal Night Splint- Ice twice a day- proFoot orthotics- stretching

My doctor recommended this brand of orthotic
Following doctors recommendation and they have worked for my bone spurs and foot pain. They fit into most pairs of shoes and boots. Some not so well, but i have ordered a slim orthotic by same brand to see if those will fit in other shoes.
