So fun!
I have always been into miniatures and doll houses, but have never made anything. I don’t have room in my house for a proper dollhouse and also as I don’t have children, it just feels somewhat frivolous. This is the perfect substitute! It is tiny and does not take up any space, it is super super cute, and it feeds my love for miniatures. This is a lot more challenging than I thought it would be! It is really really tiny! I mean, I knew it would be small, but it is so small - is that shmol? :) The instructions are fairly good, although I suggest reading through them a few times and looking at everything so you understand it. Everything fits together perfectly. There is a nice mix of premade stuff and stuff that you have to make. I did not realize that a lot of this would be things on paper that you cut out and then glue to wood or create things out of paper. I highly recommend having a scalpel or some very sharp cutting tool to make things easier.I am still in the middle of making my first one, and I will post an update with a picture when I am finished. I already ordered two more. There is just some thing super fun about this. I honestly don’t know what I will do with them when I am finished, but even to stick them in a drawer and pull them out on occasion and look at them will be reward enough.Definitely make sure you have good glue. I have used a mix of wood glue, crazy glue and gorilla glue. Good tweezers and sharp cutting instruments are a must. I cut small pieces of command strips to stick the fairy lights up. I also bought black wire used in beading to replace the electrical wire as I have found it really challenging to work with. That is the only thing I haven’t liked, that electrical wire. I have also used a bit of mattifying mod podge on some pieces for a different effect.I can’t recommend this enough if you like crafting. The price point is so good for what it is.Love love love!

Creative, patience, fun, straight forward, beautiful, tiny, common tools
I loved it! It was fun and creative, very tiny! There are wood pieces to cut out but its really simple and they give you a sand paper too. The tools I used was x-ecto knif, a bit of hot glue, tacky glue, mod podge for the background, twizers and simple pliers for thin wire. You can also use small scissors but I found the use of xcto knife easier. The electrical is very easy so assemble. It takes patience and relaxing. I didn't glue down the bunnies but everything else is glued down. The instructions are mostly pictures with soma phrases here and there to help understand how to assemble certain parts but pretty straight forward honestly. It took me a day with breaks in between to complete so id say between 7-9ish hours maybe 10 total but id say it was worth it. I had trouble with 2 things - making the black chairs and the balcony l. Also maybe the railing by the blue door. You have extra wire in so, I redit the chairs at the end and did my own measurements because the one in instructions either I didn't measure correctly the first time or they were a bit too small for me to work with but I think it turned out alright at the end. The balcony I used hot glue I just gave up with tacky glue on that and patched it up with greenery at the end. I also used hot glue on lights to attach them to the tin. Everything else was tachy glue pretty much. You also will need to purchase battery - LR44 . I just got them off Amazon for few dollars, it was less than $3.00 so I didn't mind. Overall, I really enjoyed this project ! Oh, since you have to use sharp tools to cut out the pieces and they are all pretty tiny, if you are to get this as a gift for a child probably it would be better for kids over the age of 12 and with adult supervision due to sharp tools. For the snow house- id say it took me less time to complete, about 6ish hours and was pretty straight forward and easy. The snow made a lot of mess on the desk but that was expected haha, easy to clean up. Overall loved everything. Thank you!

Fun and Unique
These little box theaters are really fun to do; they are amazingly detailed and clever. A few observations, mostly based on some questions and comments on other reviews:- Glue, tweezers, very sharp scissors, and batteries are needed, and likely not included. Buy what you need when you buy the kit. Buy really good craft glue.- The pieces are very, very tiny. For example, the little animals are about the size of a fingernail.- Everything needs to be cut out and glued together. This is a great part of the fun.- Follow the directions and do things in order. Do not cut out pieces until you are ready to use them to avoid losing them.- These are not projects for small children. I am going to buy one for my ten-year-old granddaughter to do, and even though she does lots of crafts I know she will need help with it.- My only complaint is that the story on the lid has been translated, and not very well. You can get creative and block misspelling and bad grammar with the cutout pictures and words, though.

Very enchanting
I purchased this as a gift for my very creative teenage niece. She was thrilled to receive it. It’s the kind of thing that requires patience and a love for getting lost in something crafty. It’s very charming. I can’t wait to see hers when she completes it. You deft need some tools like crafting tweezers.

fun project for skilled adults. Don't recommend for kids
This little diorama model is fun to make and looks great when done.Be warned, it's not an easy beginner project. There are lots of small parts and forming of paper. Two chairs are made with glued electrical wire.I used loctite super glue gel and Elmer's white glue for the assembly. You will need tweezers. When it's done, it looks pretty amazing for what it is. Kids will love it. It's not much of a toy, more like desk art. It's pretty delicate, rough play will annihilate the thing.

Awesome
This product is pretty cool, you have to buy a tool set because it does not have one. It looks Super cool when you are done with it, the instructions are pretty clear, and it is a little hard to do. But fun, and it takes time and patience. And you can move the Bears around pretty easily

Loved this little kit!
I had a great time making this little kit. Everything that was needed was there and I thought the directions were pretty good. You do have to buy your own glue and batteries, but I’m kind of used to that as I do these little miniature kits a fair bit, and that is always the case. Three LR 44 batteries are required for the lighting. I personally did not like the little story in the little book nor did I like the little poem so I kind of made my own for both of those things by just pasting paper over those parts and handwriting my own in there.

Cute project if you want a challenge with miniatures
Love this. I was looking for a challenge as I make a lot of book nooks. This was great to do.

Fun!!
I’m surprised I actually finished it! If a project is to complicated or if the results don’t meet my perfectionist tendencies, I usually give up. I ran into a problem from the start. I accidentally disconnected one of the wires for the lights. Not sure how but I was able to fix it! I worked on it 10 to 15 minutes a night. It took me about two weeks to finish. It’s not perfect but was fun and surprisingly relaxing. I’ve already ordered a second piece!
