AT&T SB67138 + 7 SB67108-9-Handset Corded/Cordless Combination 4-Line 1.9GHz Telephone System

One of the best small business phone system i have ever used.

FOR iSave who we bought it from.Keep in mind we had this exact system for 10 years without issue and only tried to replace it because the handsets were just reaching their end of life, so we do like the system.9/18/23 equipment purchased. No extra coverage because it "has a 2 year warranty".12/7/23, line 1 of the 4 line base unit starts to become staticky and customer cannot hear us fully.By 12/8/23 line 1 no longer works. Calls come in, they can hear us, we can't hear them.Had our phone company come in and test our lines. ALL lines into the building and up to the base unit are good as verified by their tech phone used on the lines.I call iSave and explain. They only sell the product, warranty is done by AT&T. I get the AT&T number, give it a call and get, "sorry, the tech support office is closed. To try our automated system enter the model number of the product, numbers only". I enter it. The same message about being closed comes back and then it says, "thank you, goodbye".Went online and got a number for tech support for business, but that was only if they supplied the equipment directly from AT&T.I call iSave again, am given a different number. Ends up being Asurion Protection Plan services. This after I told them there is no extra protection plan and if there were it would not kick in until after the 2 year warranty that was supposed to be on the system.AT&T won't support a product they make, iSave won't support a product they sell.SO NOW WHAT?Honestly I WILL NEVER BUY FROM EITHER OF THEM AGAIN. ONE STAR IS NOT LOW ENOUGH.

Excellent..!I only have two weeks with this system in my small base home business and it's really works..! Range it's wonderful..! Communication features in between is perfect. If you have a Mansion to live with at lease 10 rooms, this is the way to get interconnection. I'm loving this products and everything is as expected. Thank you AT$T..you do it..!

So far it has met all of our expectations and needs. Still learning all of the features of this system, but it has been a great addition to our office.
