low always comes on first but it's very easy to soft push low then click to high

From off is momentary (half press) hi beam?

From OFF... Half-press gives LOW. A quick release and another half-press gives HI.

Too much overpriced. I bought it for 50 ( approximately 200 baiza in Oman) Rs on Temu last year. Slightly fragile. Good product though.
