Sweet holy death, has never been this beautiful.
Another occult classic on death and necromancy, I truly enjoyed reading this great book, the author shares her stories which were very similar to experiences I have shared dealing with the dead. what I admire the most is the authors respect for the dead and her candor on what necromancy is, this book was like eating an 8 course meal completing my necromantic studies beginning with Necromantic Sacraments, Keys of Ocat, Keys of Death and finally Honoring Death. the author has laid out the blue print on the proper ways to not only open, but close a portal, dealing the many aspects of death, helping spirits cross over, banishing rituals, too many to name here and finally give the herbs associated with death and some oluems to get you started. I wish I had this info in my 20's when I opened a portal to exact revenge on a boss I absolutely hated, and brought through a demon from the Solomon keys, who while never harming me, would hold my husband up by his neck, feet dangling off the ground up against the wall when he got up to use the bathroom at nights, the entity wreaked havoc in my apartment for weeks, all the things the author discussed that could go wrong in her book, I experienced and had to get some friends more experienced than I to help close this portal I opened lesson learned, this will complete a course for the adept who comes from a spiritual system like mine, where there are no written documents on this area of the occult. But for the neophyte I urge them to not only purchase these books but to also take the course's offered by the author on her website. necromancy while being one of the most fascinating and rewarding paths in the occult system, is an area that requires training and guidance under an adept, such as this author. in this age of Aquarius the age of knowledge made known to all, what makes the difference of success vs failure is taking the time, energy and resources to learn, study, train and ultimately master your craft. to communicate with the dead, daemons, angels and other elemental spirits like djinns is very exciting indeed. in every book I bought of this author her words resonated with me on a soul level, her experience, respect and overall approach made you felt like you were in her presence studying for the Master Herself. the subject of death was never so inviting and comforting, I feel like a total fan girl of the author S. Connolly.

Very interesting and enjoyable.
I read this book to gain a greater understanding of the philosophy and practices of Necromancy. As someone who is not a practitioner, I do believe it offers a great reference for those interested in learning more about this spiritual path. I highly recommend it for it's information, readability, and reference material for continued research. And I will be conducting additional research.

Unique Book on Necromancy; Not another 101
This was an interesting book on Necromancy. It didn't have a lot of fillers or historical information on the ancient arte;it went to the point. I gave this book five stars even though I didn't agree with all of the material because I feel that the author did a very good job of decribing her personal practice. The writing came across as very genuine and sincere. Daemonolatry is the use of Goetia or Goetic demons in the works of contacting the dead. What I did not like about this book was the use of Baal, Satan, and other dark sources in contacting the spirits. Personally, I would not do this myself. What often happens when using these kinds of practices is you don't touch the soul of the person you are contacting. You may get contact, but the person you conjure will come through with all of their worst qualities. This kind of work is usually involving the conjuring of spirits to do bad tasks or to frighten or hurt the living. Believe me, I have known people who did something like this to me. It was awful for both human and spirits. The devil is really not needed for contacting the deceased. Also, I would never pray to dark forces in exorcising. That's like adding a headache to a stomachache, or kind of like the concept of putting gargoyles around to scare evil away. And you definately don't want to pray in the name of dark forces for someone beloved; dark forces can tie up spirits/souls and keep them from progressing and moving on. Even the dead evolve in their world. However, there is no reason you can't take the rituals and information here and replace it with a request for God's help, and invoke Gabriel, Azriel, or Raphael in assisting with this work. I did like the section on Oujia Board use, the acknowledgement of its use and the section on incenses and herbs was a nice touch. Reviewing the stages of grief and how people feel about death was a very humanizing part of this book. Overall, I think this was an interesting, useful book and I look forward to reading more from this author. A nice compliment to this book would be readings on evocation and some of the Rudolf Steiner materials.

amazing
Straight to the point, very enlightening. It definitely answered a lot of questions and provided great insight. Now I know what works, what I’ve been doing wrong. Time to fix up things and get the ball rolling. Thank you!

Daemonolatry Necromancy
I honestly do not know a lot about Daemonolatry (not my personal area of focus). However, I can write from a Necromancer/ Necromancy point of view. This book covers a lot more than the basic ritual practice of necromancy. I felt the author (S. Connolly) hit all the high points on the practice of necromancy. What I personally liked about the book are the sections on Dealing with Death, Honoring the Dead, Parting the Veil, and prayers for the Dead. One aspect in which I have not really seen in any other book on Necromancy is how the author included many psychological aspects of a person dealing with death and the death current. I know from my personal experience that many students of necromancy are pretty disconnected for the tradition views and feelings on death;however, having the tools of how to deal with people do go though the stages of grief is very helpful. Overall from a necromancy point of view, I found this book very good even though I do not practice Daemonolatry I found this book very educational.

Would be great, if....
The book would be absolutely amazing if it contained all the necessary information. The author quite often talks about rituals where the “how to” part is omitted, saying “it’s in my XY or Z book, so I’m sure you’ve read about it there, I’m not repeating it here.” If at least the Kindle versions of these books were a lot cheaper (half the current price or something), this wouldn’t be a huge problem, but now I’m not sure if I want to order those books too. What if they have the same sort of half-information in them, referencing further books? I don’t fancy spending £70 or near just to get all the details of a ritual that might or might not work.If you don’t mind this because you have her previous books, then this book is going to be very useful to you. Its language is very easy and personal, definitely a lot less pretentious than some others I’ve read. The stories are relatable and to the point, the instructions are pretty clear (or they would be, if they were actually complete), so yeah, I recommend this book for those who don’t mind either forking out a small fortune for all the author’s books or already have her previous works. Otherwise, AVOID!

Simples e Completo
Uma conversa clara, simples e direta sobre as invocações e particularidades dos ritos para a morte e os mortos no contexto da demonolatria. Não restrito aos daemons da goetia, valeu a leitura.

It was an easy read and to the point
There has never been a more appropriate book for me than this one at this time. It was an easy read and to the point. I found it very helpful in the face of death of a dear friend.
