Bluetooth Upgrade
I had the same Kenwood brand unit but with CD player. Hit a bump and CD would skip all around. I am very happy with the digital upgrade. Easy to program Bluetooth plus HD radio is all I need. Sounds great.

Great for the price
Bluetooth works great and so does Alexa, I have Amazon music unlimited and It's fantastic to be able to use it in my automobile, just give your smartphone a couple minutes to linkup before using the Alexa function. It has great adjustability with high and low pass filters for those with a subwoofer. Pretty much everything my old Kenwood with a 8 inch touchscreen had but failed after 12 years. It was easier to adjust the one with the touchscreen, but this one does the same job and sounds great.

Good SQ, BT connectivity works well, and the app will let you adjust the display color
Only criticism is that it would be amazing if you could define the input choices that are available. Each time you need to scroll through alllll the options to get to the input you want. If you're only using one or two - you dont really neet to scroll through all of them.

Great product shipping was kinda dumb though
This product is great but for some reason the shipping required me to be home and give the amazon driver a code. I couldn't change it to a locker pickup either. Ended up taking 3 attempts before we could finally be home at the time of delivery

Very Nice
Excellent product. Hands free blue tooth phone works very well even in my 1971 VW. I am also able to listen to my favorite music that is aced on my phone.

Mechanic installed it. It sounded great on demo. Drove away (from Port Alberni to Tofino). The moment it came off demo, lots of pops and crackles. Sounds like crap at anything but the lowest volumes. It's a bass problem. Podcasts are ok. Next mechanic visit, several months later, he confirmed that the head unit was defective. Hundreds of $$$ wasted. Save your money, buy something else.
