Anyone getting low temp readings? I am getting 95/96 whichs below my norm readings of 98+..

Do you have to sync every day or can you go a few days without?

It holds your sleep data for 3 days I believe but I always sync it the next morning to keep my charts accurate

Where on your arm do you wear the band? Can you wear it on your wrist like a watch?

No. The band is worn around your upper arm with the monitor on your inner arm, close to your armpit. It will not determine temperatures correctly if worn on your wrist.
